Objective:  I will be able to understand how to produce a recipe from start to finish while working in a group and understand how to properly measure by the end of the period Agenda: 1. Review bell ringer 2. Go over puppy chow directions & complete prelab form 3. Discuss job roles, end of lab tasks and evaluation form Don't forget to tie back your hair and wash your hands Fill up sink-- Do NOT put food down the drain! Objective:  I will be able to understand how to read and recipe while following the basics of safety and sanitation by the end of the class period.
