Puppy Chow Lab


Objective: I will be able to understand how to produce a recipe from start to finish while working in a group and understand how to properly measure by the end of the period

Agenda:
1. Review bell ringer

 2. Go over puppy chow directions & complete prelab form

 3. Discuss job roles, end of lab tasks and evaluation form

  • Don't forget to tie back your hair and wash your hands
  • Fill up sink-- Do NOT put food down the drain!
  • Communicate with group members
  • Clean as you go!
  • You cannot eat until you are FULLY cleaned up and check out

3. Complete puppy chow lab by the end of the period! 
4. End of lab cleaning! 

5. Complete evaluation form (one per kitchen). Turn in on supply counter at end of period

 6. If time, review recipe for English Muffin Pizzas
