Sewing Production Day

Take out your folder, pen/pencil, and project bag. Read the start-up information and complete your bell ringer. Objective:   I can recall an overcast stitch, running stitch and back stitch. I will understand and complete my blueprint by the end of the period. Agenda: Review bell ringer & turn in!  Blueprint-- Get it checked by Ms. R! Start: 1st steps of project! Homework:   None DUE DATE: TODAY at the end of the period! *Overcast the edges & stuff!* *Turn in with reflection questions and needle to correct bin when complete*

If Time Start: Pick our felt and start cutting patterns Homework:   Finish finding a pattern if you haven't found one yet! Bell Ringer: What is a blueprint? (Take a guess if you're not sure!) **Think about an architect and blueprints.*

Bell ringer:   When threading our needle, do we tie the knot on the long side or the short side?
